If something goes wrong, keep it inside the platform. Messages and order events are logged so we can review evidence (photos, BOL, packing lists) and resolve issues quickly.

Deal records, invoices, and supporting docs (when provided) stay linked to the transaction so teams can reconcile and audit later.

After payment, choose customer-arranged pickup or have AssetShift coordinate freight. Quotes, scheduling, and delivery confirmation stay in one workflow.

To protect both sides, pickup, delivery coordination, and address sharing happen after escrow payment.
