Safe Payments
Payments are processed through our secure provider and routed to AssetShift, not directly to sellers. No pickup or freight is scheduled until payment is confirmed.
Private Communication
Buyers and sellers communicate only inside AssetShift. Emails, phone numbers, and external links are blocked to prevent fraud and spam.
Logistics After Payment
Once payment is successful, we unlock freight requests and pickup scheduling. You can also add labour/packing if needed.
AI‑Guided Disputes
Our AI assistant keeps talks on topic, summarizes deal terms, and can help route issues to support when needed.
