Delivery Readiness Checklist
A quick checklist to make sure your bulk delivery goes smoothly.
Address & access
- Confirm address type: commercial dock, residential, or terminal pickup
- Share access constraints: gates, stairs, narrow roads, time windows
- Provide contact for driver and appointment window if required
Equipment & help
- Have a forklift or pallet jack ready (for curbside, bring help)
- Ensure clear space to set pallets down
- For residential liftgate: curbside only; move pallets onto property after drop
Scheduling & documents
- Confirm appointment time if needed
- Have ID and order details ready for terminal pickup
- Keep the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take delivery photos for records
After delivery
- Inspect goods promptly and report issues in the order page
- Store pallets safely; follow any handling guidelines provided
